Williamson earns record 19 Benny Awards

DALLAS (November 27, 2006) - For the second consecutive year, Williamson Printing Corporation has earned a record number of "Best of Category Awards," or Bennies, in the annual PIA/GATF Premier Print Awards. In all, Williamson took home a total of 122 awards this year, including 19 Benny awards and the prestigious "They Said It Couldn't Be Done" award. The Premier Print Awards are the printing industries oldest and largest worldwide graphic arts competition, hosted by PIA/GATF. In its 57th year, the annual contest recognizes those responsible for the creation and production of print communications. The event promotes excellence in print communications and rewards companies and individuals who produce the very best in print media. Dallas-based Williamson Printing Corporation is a 400-employee printing company. The 122-year-old printing company is among the top three percent in business volume among all U.S. based printers.
