Thursday, November 16, 2006

Press release from the issuing company

DENVER--Nov. 15, 2006 - UNICCO Service Company today introduced an online printing service for its UNICCO GreenClean customers here at GreenBuild. Called GreenClean Print On-Demand, it enables customers to easily print materials to promote environmental messages to their tenants, building occupants and visitors. UNICCO is demonstrating the new program at GreenBuild (Booth #1136). GreenClean Print On-Demand offers UNICCO customers the opportunity to order customized postcards, tent cards and doorhangers over the Internet in order to promote and market their investment in green practices to building occupants. Materials are fully customizable to accommodate commercial customers, as well as colleges and universities, and public buildings, such as government facilities, museums, and sports and events venues. "UNICCO is dedicated to green services, and many of our customers realize that they and their building occupants have a role to play through recycling, energy management and other practices," commented George Lohnes, UNICCO vice president, marketing. "We created the program to help our customers easily and efficiently bring their environmental stewardship message to their constituencies." UNICCO offers three themes, "The New Color of Clean," "Fresh Air" and "Great Indoors," that can be customized with the GreenClean customer's facility photo, logo, market/industry specifics and contact information. The online resource enables UNICCO GreenClean customers to log in, upload the customized components and order any quantity for quick delivery. The UNICCO GreenClean Print On-Demand Program is available to registered UNICCO GreenClean customers. Printing costs vary based on quantities and are payable using a major credit card. Prewritten articles and notices for insertion into company newsletters, emails and other communications are also available for free download at the same site. The templated documents enable property owners and managers to easily use their standard communications methods to discuss environmental topics with their tenants/employees/students/visitors. Customers can call 888-751-9100 for further information on the GreenClean Print On-Demand Program and to arrange a free demonstration.
