Pitney Bowes Group 1 Software Releases Latest Version of Data Integration Product

Nov. 7 -- Pitney Bowes Group 1 Software today announced the release of Data Flow(TM) 6.0, the latest version of its data integration product, featuring significant enhancements to maintainability and metadata exchange. Data Flow's unique architecture enables high-volume data transfer, rapid query-based extracts, analysis, and reporting. With an easy-to-manage drag- and-drop interface, Data Flow users can visually diagram workflow processes to create data warehouses, integrate disparate data, perform business analysis and deploy content to users. With the release of version 6.0, Data Flow now includes enhanced support for flat file metadata, robust support for hierarchical data sets, automation enhancements, re-useable subplans, expanded "drill-to-detail" capabilities for reporting, and usability enhancements, including plan folders, better workspace management, and an updated user interface. "Data Flow has long distinguished itself in the market with its solid data integration functionality, industry-leading ease-of-use, and high performance," said Ellen Raynor, vice president of Product Marketing, Data Integration for Pitney Bowes Group 1 Software.
