HumanEyes Technologies' New PrintPro 2.0 Debuts

Press release from the issuing company

November 6, 2006 Jerusalem -- HumanEyes Technologies is pleased to report that the debut of new PrintPro 2.0 has exceeded all expectations. PrintPro 2.0, a multi-faceted, easy-to-use 3D creation and production application developed for designers, photographers, ad agencies, brand owners and printers; was commercially released at two recent major conferences SGIA and Graph & Converting Expo. HumanEyes is reporting record new installs, partners and heightened interest for its breakthrough 2D to 3D and 3D effects solutions. New Installations & New Partners In addition to signing more than 10 major deals with leading printers in North America during the shows, HumanEyes has many more US sales in the pipeline to be concluded within Q4 '06; all scheduled for immediate installation. HumanEyes is also closing several new distribution and partnership agreements. The company says that in addition to increased interest from businesses in North America, significant inquiries are also being received from Latin America. "The enthusiasm and excitement over PrintPro 2.0 is palpable; more than any other product launch we've had so far," says Ronen Sobel, HumanEyes, VP Sales. "We've hit the mark, as evidenced by the record number of leads and resulting deals we're in the midst of closing." Industry Upswing Fostering Confidence & Desire to Differentiate Both SGIA and Graph Expo have reported record-breaking numbers of exhibitors and attendees pumped up by a more positive marketplace. Sobel says that the momentum created by the two shows, combined with an industry upswing, is making professionals more excited about innovation and how they can differentiate themselves. Matt Giandonato, Prepress Manager, Tukaiz, says, "When we saw the capabilities of HumanEyes' new PrintPro 2.0, we were sold. We had been researching how to bring 3D and lenticular capabilities in-house and when we saw PrintPro 2.0, we were struck by its many features. Being able to view animations on screen, for example, is great because we are now able to offer clients proofs in-house, before going to press." "HumanEyes' technology is an excellent example of how far lenticular has come. We always look for ways to offer our clients tomorrow's technology today; with HumanEyes, we're able to continue to do just that," Giandonato adds. 3D's Stopping Power Comes to 2D PrintPro 2.0 is attracting partners, distributors, and customers with industry-unique features including its ability to provide the fastest conversion of any 2D picture to 3D, and an exclusive Timeline feature allowing for precise creative control of animation effects and flips. As a result of the PrintPro 2.0 release, Sobel says that the company now provides a comprehensive range of lenticular effects for printers and creative professionals. Partner Details & Plans HumanEyes has attracted new partners such as Gandinnovations and Mimaki US, both of which requested to partner with HumanEyes after seeing live demonstrations of PrintPro 2.0 at SGIA, and then showcased the new solution at their respective booths less than a month later, at Graph Expo. Additionally, HumanEyes reports that it has signed several new distribution agreements in the Americas as a result of the two shows. Details on these are forthcoming. "HumanEyes' fast and simple 2D to 3D conversion is the next generation of technology in the print industry," says Cory Brock, Director of Marketing for Gandinnovations. "We saw HumanEyes products at SGIA and immediately decided to partner to endorse the software with our UV Flatbed Printer." There were standing-room-only crowds at the HP, Gandinnovations, Nur and Mimaki booths at Graph Expo, where HumanEyes PrintPro 2.0 was featured. HumanEyes will be a featured solution at upcoming events with partners xpedx, HP, Gandinnovations, Nur and others in Q4 of 2006. Special showcases for brand owners, ad agencies and creatives will be a key focus at upcoming HP and xpedx-sponsored events.
