Press release from the issuing company

Oct 19, 2006 -- Bill Bonallo former President/CEO and Steve Barberi former Chief Operating Officer of Technotrans America/IST sheetfed division in Corona California have announced the start up of their new company, Absolute Graphic Technologies USA. According to Bonallo, “The word Absolute was chosen as our name because its definition is really what we are all about. Absolute stands for perfection and completeness in quality with no limitations or restrictions. We added U.S.A to our title because we are proud to be a privately held U.S company." Absolute Graphic Technologies USA Inc. (AGT-USA) is located in Chino California (east of Los Angeles) in a state-of-the-art production facility. AGT-USA considers itself to be a single source solution provider with a very strong emphasis on the service and support segment of the business serving OEM and end use customers throughout the United States and Canada. As a single source solution provider, in addition to systems AGT USA can also provide factory trained technicians for non warranty service, support and installations on several well known brands of ink temperature control systems, fountain solution management and related systems, thermal drying systems and UV curing systems. Service contracts, application support and training for UV and Hybrid UV technology along with technical consulting will also be available. “We all recognize a company is only as strong as its team of people, and we’ve assembled a great one” says Steve Barberi. “As luck would have it, we have been able to bring along some really talented and knowledgeable people who we have worked with in the past. Our team, which will be well recognized within the printing industry, bring an unparalleled degree of experience and creditability at virtually every level, particularly in the all important service side of the business.” “We are excited to be given the opportunity to raise the bar once again and redefine the standard for press ancillary equipment but even more important the level of service, support and response our customers should expect from a responsible supplier. We have set the benchmark in this industry before, we’re ready to do it again” Bonallo stated.
