Independent Graphic Services And Grafech Engineering Agree In Principle To A Joint Venture

(West Chicago, IL) Independent Graphic Services, Inc., a premier independent service and sales company to the printing industry and Grafech Engineering, LLC, a manufacturer of inline roll sheet feeders, have agreed in principle to a joint venture. The agreement involves specific contributions from both Chicago-based companies to support the growth of inline roll sheet feeders, including sales and marketing, long term service contracts as well as enhanced manufacturing capabilities and additional capital from IGS to Grafech Engineering. “The new line of roll-sheet feeders is of outstanding quality and provides significant economic efficiencies for customers", says Ray McMahon President and CEO of Grafech Engineering. "The opportunity to partner with IGS in this venture gives us enhanced manufacturing capacity and the needed service component for our customer’s long term.
