Press release from the issuing company

(West Chicago, IL) Independent Graphic Services, Inc., a premier independent service and sales company to the printing industry and Grafech Engineering, LLC, a manufacturer of inline roll sheet feeders, have agreed in principle to a joint venture. The agreement involves specific contributions from both Chicago-based companies to support the growth of inline roll sheet feeders, including sales and marketing, long term service contracts as well as enhanced manufacturing capabilities and additional capital from IGS to Grafech Engineering. “The new line of roll-sheet feeders is of outstanding quality and provides significant economic efficiencies for customers", says Ray McMahon President and CEO of Grafech Engineering. "The opportunity to partner with IGS in this venture gives us enhanced manufacturing capacity and the needed service component for our customer’s long term. IGS service reputation is unmatched for quality and reaction time." Peter Schwarz, President and Founder of IGS, adds, "The Grafech E-Cut Roll Sheet Feeder allows us to continue to expand our business into the capital equipment side and gives us an excellent product to manufacture and sell along with our current service and parts businesses. This transaction rounds out our offerings to the market." The Grafech roll sheet feeder is compatible with sheet fed presses from any manufacturer in sizes from 40” to 81” For more information about the roll sheet feeder, visit IGS booth number 3284 at Graph Expo ’06, October 15-18, 2006 in Chicago.
