Anacomp Acquires Imaging Acceptance Corporation

October 19, 2006 – Anacomp, Inc., an industry leader in outsourced document management solutions, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Imaging Acceptance Corporation (IAC) of Warrenton, Virginia. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. IAC has been a strong player in the federal government sector performing scanning and other document services. “We believe this acquisition will afford us production synergies and expanded capabilities in our government operations,” stated Thomas Cunningham, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations, Anacomp. “We believe that the technology and services Anacomp offers to its customers and partners has a tremendous impact on their ability to mitigate risk, ensure business continuity, remain in compliance and allow for expanded access to critical information. Through this acquisition we not only expand our capabilities to our existing clients, but we also expand well beyond the confines of commercial applications – bringing this “best in class” approach into the government sector,” concludes Cunningham.
