The program, titled “Understanding the Printing System,” is scheduled for October 19th in Westminster, Massachusetts. The evening address will emphasize the finer aspects of preventing and analyzing printing problems, with a special emphasis on how inks and coatings interact with various substrates, as it relates to package printing. Plowman is a distinguished 37-year veteran of the graphic arts industry and founded NPA in 1986. NPA is considered to be the leading graphic arts tester of printing supplies and paper.
