PALO ALTO, Calif., October 10, 2006 - HP today announced that Innovative Labeling Solutions (ILS) has purchased its second HP Indigo press ws4050, along with an upgrade package that includes HP's new fast-ink replacement feature. The new press, purchased at the 2006 Labelexpo Americas trade show in September, will help ILS gain greater efficiencies and productivity by using HP Indigo technology in mainstream label production. "ILS is just one example of many HP Indigo customers who are buying their second and third HP Indigo presses to offer a streamlined, cost-effective way for converters to meet more of their customers' needs," said Vince Pentella, business manager, HP Indigo Label and Packaging Group.
