Dynagram and Xitron announce customized DynaStrip imposition capabilities with Xitron’s premier workflow system, the Xenith Aero

Press release from the issuing company

Quebec, QC, September x , 2006 –- Dynagram, the provider of the widest range of imposition solutions, and Xitron, the prepress industry’s leading independent developer and integrator of Raster Image Processors, RIP management software and workflow solutions, announced today a new module created specifically for Xitron’s Aero customers. Template management has never been easier and more flexible thanks to one major tool: the Advanced Export Module. For the release of this new module, Dynagram and Xitron announce a special offer for Graph Expo. How it works The DynaStrip Advanced Export Module automatically generates native DynaStrip files or adapted templates for assembly in Xenith Aero’s imposition template manager. This is an important advantage for customers since it results in less manual intervention. “Xenith Aero and DynaStrip advanced export module gives Xitron customers unparalleled control and flexibility over every imposition job,” explains Tracey-Lee Batsford, General Manager of Dynagram’ prepress unit. “Thanks to its light-table interface approach, DynaStrip brings intuitiveness and simplicity to even the most complex of impositions. Our partnership with Xitron is a testament to our mutual commitment to bringing heightened efficiency to small- and mid-size printers.” DynaStrip, a sophisticated stand-alone application, has become a standard in imposition thanks to its light-table interface approach and its unparalleled flexibility. DynaStrip is integrated to all major workflow systems. Xenith Aero takes its place as the premier workflow offering in Xitron’s expanding line of RIP and workflow solutions, which already includes Navigator GPS, Xenith 4PDF and Xenith Extreme. Based on Adobe core technology, Xenith Aero is the perfect solution for larger commercial printers. As a fully featured workflow, Xenith Aero offers in-RIP imposition, Xitron XM Hybrid Screening technology and JDF and Database connectivity among its many standard and optional features. “Dynagram has been an excellent technology partner for our Xenith solutions,” stated R. Patrick French, Xitron’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “The new export module for DynaStrip adds another productivity tool to the Xenith Aero solutions.” For the launching of this new module, Dynagram and Xitron are more than happy to announce an important special offer for Graph Expo.
