Xtreme Graphics Wins Gold Ink Award in Dimensional Printing

Press release from the issuing company

September 26, 2006 -- Xtreme Graphics, the leading provider of high-quality, in-mold decorated plastics, is proud to announce its receipt of several National Gold Ink Awards. This year's competition attracted over 1500 entries. Judging criteria included exceptional printing quality, technical difficulty and overall visual effectiveness. The winning entrants will be featured in the October issue of Publishing Executive, the Gold Ink special edition. The dynamic "Winter Birds" popcorn tin, produced as a self-promotional holiday gift for Xtreme Graphics, took the Gold award in dimensional printing. The first of its kind, the lenticular popcorn tin has a 360 degree viewable 3D image of birds perched in a snowy tree. The "Fantastic Four" 12 oz. lenticular cup received a silver award in dimensional printing. Produced for DCL Motion Products, this cup features the cartoon version characters in full-motion animation. "Winning the Gold Ink Awards is an honor for Xtreme Graphics," stated Dave Corey. "Each win that Xtreme Graphics has is proof of our dedication to create, innovative products and pushes the limits of lenticular and dimensional printing."
