Press release from the issuing company

WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis., September 25, 2006 - Stora Enso today introduced NovaPress Advantage, a lightweight coated web paper offering freesheet brightness, dependable press performance and cost savings due to bulking and yield advantages. NovaPress Advantage provides cost-conscious catalog and magazine publishers, who face rising distribution costs, the opportunity to save on postage and shipping. The bulking properties of NovaPress Advantage deliver the same caliper and opacity of a freesheet grade that is 4 lbs. to 5 lbs. heavier, offering up to 10% savings in postage and distribution costs. The optical and formation properties of NovaPress Advantage allow print quality and performance comparable to those associated with coated freesheet grades. As a result, there is no compromise in quality when brand image is critical. NovaPress Advantage is produced in North America in gloss and silk finishes with high brightness, a smooth surface, and appealing blue-white shade. Basis weights range from 36 lb. to 50 lb., and a recycled option is available upon request. NovaPress Advantage is part of a comprehensive line of Stora Enso publication papers, all manufactured in a sustainable manner in North America and Europe.
