Goss International introduces aftermarket newsletter

Press release from the issuing company

September 18th, 2006 – Goss International has launched the Lifetime Support Newsletter aimed at serving the aftermarket needs of its customers. The colorful, interactive e-mail newsletter focuses on ways for printers and publishers to improve operations and extend the productive life of Goss equipment. According to Greg Blue, Goss International senior vice president, “Lifetime support is all about long-term relationships. The newsletter is an opportunity to further that relationship by keeping our customers up to date on what’s going on with our aftermarket service and products. Because it is e-mail and interactive, we get the added benefit of immediate feedback.” The Lifetime Support program at Goss International consists of an integrated parts, service, enhancement and training structure that offers a cohesive response to aftermarket requirements. The program has the advantage of being developed by the same people who built the equipment and who have the best understanding of its underlying technologies.
