Press release from the issuing company

Ann Arbor and Northville, Michigan – September 11, 2006 – Xitron, the prepress industry's leading independent developer and integrator of Raster Image Processors, RIP management software and workflow solutions and Allegra Network, a global franchiser in graphic arts and sign business, announced that Xitron has been chosen as a preferred provider for RIPs and workflows to be used throughout the 600+ Allegra Network locations. “Xitron was chosen as a preferred provider based on their ability to interface to the large variety of output devices used by Allegra Network locations, plus the excellent service and support they have provided to our franchise members already using Xitron products,” stated Tim Wood, Vice President of Technology for Allegra Network. Among the solutions offered will be Navigator GPS, based on Harlequin core RIP technology coupled with Xitron’s powerful RIP Manager application, providing a complete job management solution for virtually all Harlequin RIPs. In addition, Xitron’s Xenith workflow packages will be offered to locations requiring a greater degree of automation and productivity. “Xitron is pleased to have been selected by Allegra Network as a preferred provider,” stated R. Patrick French, Xitron’s Vice President, Sales & Marketing. “Our expertise in developing solutions that can drive more than 150 different output devices offers Allegra Network’s franchise members a single source that can support virtually all the devices in use throughout their franchise locations.” Xitron will demonstrate its products at the Allegra Network Convention September 17-20 in Las Vegas, providing franchise owners and staff an opportunity to get a personal demonstration of some of the capabilities offered. Xitron will also participate in a roundtable discussion on workflow during the convention.
