Tuesday, September 12, 2006

Press release from the issuing company

Atwood’s Kwik Kopy Printing, Richmond, VA, has been certified to participate in CPrint (Certified Printers International), an elite organization of printers of independently owned family-based businesses that strive for professionalism and performance among small businesses. Companies from throughout North America participate in the program. According to Tom Crouser, CPrint president, Atwood’s Kwik Kopy Printing has completed the first phase of the certification process in this unique education and training program for commercial printers. The CPrint designation is available only to printers who demonstrate exceptional quality and service by maintaining standards in operations, training, equipment and software as well as worker benefits and working conditions. This program requires annual onsite recertification as well as participation in continuing educational programs. Atwood’s Kwik Kopy Printing is the only printer in the Richmond area to qualify for CPrint. “Atwood’s Kwik Kopy Printing has shown through its performance that it belongs among the top printers in North America. Additionally, the company is pledging to continue to uphold its performance level by seeking even higher level of certification. Being a CPrint participant is a significant investment of time, energy and resources to assure that high standards are maintained for the local business community. No other organization has such standards.” Bret A. Atwood, owner of Atwood’s Kwik Kopy Printing, said, “Our participation with CPrint will require that our company continue to maintain up-to-date printing technology as well as customer service procedures, which is very important to print buyers in the Richmond area as they compete on a more global scale. Through CPrint, we have already reorganized our company to assure better service and now we are able to accept more clients who wish to streamline and reduce costs in their print procurement processes.”
