Graph Expo Coming On Strong As A Record Breaker

Press release from the issuing company

September 6, 2006 -- Long recognized as the Americas' foremost showcase of the latest new technologies and products for printing, publishing and converting, GRAPH EXPO and CONVERTING EXPO will continue this tradition in October, with hundreds of companies planning to introduce new products at the show. Of the nearly 625 companies at the show, over 275 companies have provided information about new products they plan to bring to the show. Never in the history of GRAPH EXPO and CONVERTING EXPO has so many companies told us that they are bringing new products to the show. Moreover, it is also common for exhibitors at the show to introduce new products they have not announced in advance. These “surprises” have always been a key reason why top executives come to GRAPH EXPO and CONVERTING EXPO. “Industry professionals come to the show knowing in advance that there will be new products at the show,” says Ralph Nappi, president of the Graphic Arts Show Company (GASC). “But they also come to Chicago knowing they can count on seeing unexpected, surprising and thought-provoking developments, as well. These developments can range from early looks at emerging technologies to market-ready products that create growth and profit opportunities today.” GRAPH EXPO and CONVERTING EXPO will present displays by more than 600 companies, occupying over 425,000 square feet at the McCormick Place Complex, Chicago. This will make the 2006 edition of GRAPH EXPO and CONVERTING EXPO the largest since 2000. GASC notes that growth is occurring throughout the exhibit hall, and that this year's show will include more than 80 companies exhibiting in the show for the first time. Nappi cites this growth as a clear indication that the industry still offers excellent opportunities for innovative companies that make good use of the latest technologies. The show runs October 15-18, 2006. For more information visit www.graphexpo.com
