Ghent PDF Workgroup Hosts Special Free Seminar at Graph Expo

Brussels – August 25, 2006 – The Ghent PDF Workgroup (GWG), the fast growing international organization building best practices for publishing workflows, is hosting a special free seminar on October 17 from 10:30 am – 12:00 pm in room S105A, at the upcoming Graph Expo & Converting Expo, being held in Chicago October 15-18 at McCormick Place South. Moderated by GWG experts, the session, “How to Streamline & Ensure Your Workflows for Successful Local and Global Print Production” will offer useful resources and tips on how to streamline and ensure workflows as well as how to meet the requirements for global print production. Topics that will be covered include: - Job ticketing, XMP, Ad tickets - Standardized Preflight - Testing Your Workflows - PDF for Packaging Attendees will also receive an overview of the GWG, its available free resources and the latest developments including availability of new specifications and other deliverables.
