IKON Names Tracey Rothenberger Vice President and Chief Information Officer

MALVERN, Pa.--Aug. 25, 2006-- IKON Office Solutions, the world's largest independent channel for document management systems and services, today announced the promotion of Tracey Rothenberger to the position of Vice President and Chief Information Officer, reporting to Matthew J. Espe, IKON's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. In this position, Rothenberger will oversee IKON's information technology initiatives and lead IKON's migration to an integrated ERP platform. "Tracey brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role, both in his understanding of IKON's IT infrastructure, and from his experience with ERP migration projects at other companies," stated Matthew J. Espe, IKON's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "In this position, he will provide leadership to IKON's company-wide IT team and will continue to oversee our migration to a standardized IT platform." Rothenberger joined IKON in 1999 and has held a variety of field-based information technology roles for IKON. In 2001 he was promoted to Vice President of IT Infrastructure to establish and lead IKON's centralized IT infrastructure organization to support North American operations. Most recently, he was named Vice President to lead a cross-functional team responsible for IKON's migration to an integrated ERP system. Prior to joining IKON, Rothenberger held a variety of IT leadership positions at Ecolab, a Fortune 500 company, and U.S. Trust, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Charles Schwab Corporation.
