DRAABE Brings Full Display of Humidification Systems to Graph Expo

Press release from the issuing company

DRAABE, the world's leading manufacturer of humidification systems, will bring a full display of its humidification systems and water treatment systems to Graph Expo 2006 scheduled for October 16-18 in McCormick Place South, Chicago. DRAABE will be located in Booth 3448. "We are excited to be displaying our state-of-the-art humidification and water treatment systems to printers at Graph Expo," says Wafik Kouchouk, DRAABE's director of sales. "Printers need to realize that proper humidification is as important as choosing the right printing press or bindery equipment. We'll be at the show to answer their questions and provide the right solutions to solve their problems." The products to be displayed and fully-functional include: Three different versions of the state-of-the-art high-pressure TurboFog - TurboFog 4, designed for prepress or offices with low ceilings - TurboFog 8/16, designed for print shops, production, storage with high humidification requirements - TurboFog 32, designed for areas with high ceilings and highest humidification requirements PerPur water treatment system for humidifiers and process water HighPur high-pressure pulsation system The DRAABE high-pressure air humidification TurboFog system features a pulsating hydraulic flow and special titanium nozzles that atomize the water to a micro-fine aerosol directly in the room. Not only is this procedure very energy efficient, it is also quiet and absolutely drip free. The air humidity is controlled by a precision hydrostat. The atomization is activated as soon as the air humidity falls below the set optimum value. Only highly pure, de-mineralized water from a reverse osmosis unit integrated in the DRAABE System is used in order to ensure hygienic and trouble-free operation of the air humidification system. For trouble-free, 100 % hygienic air humidification, the DRAABE PerPur reverse osmosis plant produces ultra-clean, partially desalinated water. A variety of sizes and an extensive accessories range allow flexible customization to handle specific tasks. At the heart of all DRAABE high-pressure nozzle systems is the HighPur high-pressure pulsation system that generates the required hydraulic flow and permits drip-free atomization of the pure water. In order to ensure maximum health protection, the humidifier water in the circuit is continuously de-germinated in an electric bioreactor during operation. An additional automatic flush system for the pipe network ensures the water is always fresh, even if the plant is shut down for a lengthy period of time. The system is installed complete in a portable mini-container, which is simply replaced during servicing.
