GOEX Retains Services of Winther & Associates

Press release from the issuing company

Janesville, WI, August 2, 2006 – GOEX Corporation, the Janesville, Wisconsin-based plastic sheet manufacturer has announced they have contracted the services of Winther & Associates. Under the agreement, GOEX will use the marketing and communications expertise of the Winther & Associates group to increase the brand recognition of their unique substrates available to the North American print media industry. “The GOEX organization prides itself on their unique ability to deliver the highest quality sheet available to the marketplace,” said Chris Curran, VP of Marketing Communications at Winther & Associates. He continued, “Backed by some of the best engineers in the business, the GOEX organization utilizes the world’s highest-rated equipment and resources to deliver a superior product at an optimal price. We feel absolutely privileged that their management team has partnered with us to help bring their company’s message to more customers in the industry.” ISO 9001:2000 certified, the GOEX Corporation manufactures a family of products including extruded plastic sheet substrates serving the Graphic Arts, as well as the Medical, Electronics and Packaging industries. Their PVC, Polystyrene, Polycarbonate, and PETG, materials serving the industry of print media are widely recognized for having superior surface finish (gloss & matte), precise gauge control, square-cut sheets and excellent ink receptivity. With a focused customer-base in North America already, the GOEX substrate is currently being held to some of the highest print quality standards in the industry. GOEX Corporation PVC is offered in white (Carom 45), metallic, clear and custom opaque colors (Carom 60) and creasewhites (Impress 90). GOEX Corporation is also the only North American producer of PVC lenticular material used in 3-D, “flip” and motion / animation graphics. Bob Waddell, GOEX Corporation Vice President of Sales, recently shared his enthusiasm for the venture by saying, “Our consistent double digit growth each year has been a direct result of our product’s reputation for delivering unprecedented value, control, and printability. We’re committing ourselves to be the top print-on-plastics substrate supplier to the industry.” One of the GOEX Company’s paramount advantages is that while they offer standard lines of plastic sheets for use by their entire customer base, the company also prides itself on having developmental engineering personnel, that deliver customized solutions. Unlike most plastic sheet manufacturers who offer one or two polymer choices to their customers, GOEX is unique in that they use a wide-variety of polymers to manufacture products that perform an exact function for their customers’ requirements. In fact, because of the technical expertise available at GOEX, the company is able to “build” or “create” products and conversion processes that currently do not exist in the marketplace. Curran added, “It is not everyday we find a new diamond in our marketplace. For the last few years, GOEX has been quietly helping commercial printers understand why printing on plastic can be an added-value print offering. The company provides a substrate capable of helping to differentiate today’s printers who might be struggling to stand out in the crowd. We are thankful for the opportunity to be a part of their success.”
