Batchoutput 2.0 For Adobe Indesign Release

Press release from the issuing company

Toronto (ON), Canada--JULY 30, 2006-- Zevrix Solutions today announced the release of version 2.0 of BatchOutput, a powerful professional solution to automatically print and export to PDF and PostScript multiple InDesign documents. BatchOutput 2.0 introduces two new major options: 1. Users now can save multiple InDesign documents to PostScript files using InDesign print presets. BatchOutput also gives users the option to save each page of multipage documents as a single PostScript file. 2. Ability to change job name in printer queue. Users also have the option to send InDesign documents to printer as single pages with each of them being displayed in the queue as a separate file. BatchOutput also allows users to export InDesign files to PDF with the same powerful set of options. Various variables such as page number, date and serial number can be used to compose the output file names automatically. BatchOutput also features the unique Script Label variable which allows users to insert any text from InDesign document into the file name. BatchOutput saves valuable production time and simplifies workflow for service providers, printers, ad agencies and publishing houses by automating output of multiple documents and eliminating the hassle to open and print each document manually. And because BatchOutput can run in the background, it allows users to keep working with other programs during processing thus using their production time even more efficiently. Pricing and Availability BatchOutput 2.0 is priced at US$49.95 and can be purchased from the Zevrix Solutions web site, http://www.zevrix.com. Demo is also available for download. BatchOutput 2.0 is available for Mac OS X 10.4.2 and higher, and works with Adobe InDesign CS and CS2.
