Konica Minolta Receives Highest Honor In Annual End User Survey

Newark - RAMSEY – Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. today announced their line of bizhub MFP products garnered the Best Overall rating in the annual end-user study conducted by Office Products Analyst, the longest running, continuously published publication that focuses exclusively on the office automation industry. Konica Minolta had the most first place ratings in two key areas: Performance ratings of Features/Functions and Performance and Importance Effectiveness, vaulting the company’s MFP products to first place overall. Konica Minolta achieved highest marks in such areas as Photocopier Capability, Color Capability, Bi-Directional Communication, Internet Printing, Facsimile Capability and Paper Capacity, all critical areas for end users to determine value, reliability and return on investment. “Our performance in the Office Products Analyst survey validates our strong showing in double-digit revenue gains and market share improvement in 2005,” said William H. The results say that customers using Konica Minolta MFPs like them the best.” Several times a year Office Products Analyst contacts hundreds of offices by telephone and asks respondents to rate different devices in their office, such as fax machines, printers, copiers and more. In the MFP study, Office Products Analyst interviewed small business and enterprise customers and asked them to rate the multifunctional devices they use on a daily basis. “In the study we combined two ratings, Importance of Features with Performance of Features to achieve a more relevant rating of Effectiveness,” said Slawetsky. “Konica Minolta scored highest overall.
