MISSION VIEJO, Calif., July 21, 2006 -- Imaging Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of Franchise Services, Inc., has acquired certain assets from Challenger One, LLC, a leading multinational provider of office supply solutions. Imaging Solutions purchased assets relating primarily to Challenger One’s Point Vantage ecommerce and consumer division, which includes a number of websites, the largest and most popular of which is www.myinks.com. “Point Vantage’s websites have a recognized brand name in the direct-to-consumer aftermarket imaging products market”, stated WooJin Kim, executive vice president of ISI. “Myinks.com’s increasing number of unique visitors place it in the top tier of imaging supplies e-commerce websites.” All the online assets acquired by ISI will be managed by Phoenix Online Marketing, a new division of Imaging Solutions, formed specifically to market imaging supplies through the Internet.
