Press release from the issuing company

Clifton, NJ - Sandy Alexander, the largest independently owned high-end commercial printing company in the country, announced that it has become a founding member of the new IDEAlliance Master Printer Program. This program identifies Sandy Alexander as having been trained to implement the new G7 Proof-to-Print Process, and is also in recognition of its contribution to the GRACoL press tests and training events. In addition, the Master Printer qualification mark recognizes that Sandy Alexander uses the most modern technology, techniques and process controls and standards required to produce high-quality commercial printing. Michael Graff, senior executive vice president at Sandy Alexander, who has spearheaded the company's color management efforts commented, “Sandy Alexander's inclusion in the Master Printer Program and utilization of the G7 process will provide our clients with further reassurance of 100% verifiable accuracy of color reproduction throughout the entire workflow, from digital image to final printed press sheet.” Sandy Alexander has previously worked closely with IDEAlliance, having performed the first print testing for the GRACoL G7 calibration process in 2004.
