IO Integration Appointed First Authorized Resellers Of Robocatalog Suite

Press release from the issuing company

San Francisco, CA, June 22, 2006 – IO Integration (IOI), a systems integrator focused on building workflow efficiencies for retail publishers, advertising agencies, commercial printers, and pre-press providers, announces that it has been appointed the first authorized reseller of RoboCatalog products. The company will integrate RoboCatalog Suite along with Dalim Software and Xinet applications, to build turnkey solutions for catalog marketers. “We’re looking forward to introducing RoboCatalog Suite to our catalog customers,” notes Eric Rewitzer, co-founder and president of IOI. “RoboCatalog’s software is easy to use, priced competitively, works well with Adobe InDesign, and integrates nicely with Xinet and Dalim Software products. We believe that catalog marketers will benefit from a complete production system, both in terms of speed to market and, of course, cost efficiencies.” RoboCatalog's powerful new software streamlines every aspect of the catalog creation and production process, enabling companies to increase catalog sales through quicker time-to-market and improved business metrics. RoboCatalog Suite consists of three integrated modules. - First, the RoboCatalog Server software is installed on the server in conjunction with the SQL database that stores all product and catalog information. - Next, the RoboCatalog Manager module lets authorized marketing and product management people allocate space and assign products to specific layouts and page locations. - Finally, RoboCatalog Builder works inside Adobe InDesign to automatically generate data-driven layouts that can be fully edited by graphic designers, right up until print time. Along with a complete Dalim Software production automation system, and a Xinet digital asset management solution, IO Integration is now able to put together a very robust, automated catalog production system that designs pages, easily locates images, attaches related copy, and produces print-ready pages. IO Integration has extensive experience building similar capabilities for many content originators. “RoboCatalog specializes in production automation, so we’re really excited working with IO Integration, a reseller that has such a sterling reputation in the print and graphics industry,” remarks Michael Kieran, president of RoboCatalog. “We believe our innovative software will help IO Integration customers reduce costs, increase sales, and get to market faster.”
