Kelly Jones Joins WorkflowOne as Vice President, Human Resources

DAYTON, Ohio-June 16, 2006 -- WorkflowOne, America's leading provider of print, promotional products and value chain management solutions, announced that Kelly L. Jones has joined its management team as vice president, human resources. Jones will report to WorkflowOne president Timothy Schriner and be based in Dayton, Ohio. In her new role, Jones will be responsible for leading the recruiting, staffing, organizational development, performance management, and training functions of the company, as well as aligning benefits and compensation for the newly merged U.S. workforces of WorkflowOne and Relizon, which was acquired in November 2005. "Kelly has demonstrated her ability to streamline HR processes while improving employee commitment and productivity," said Schriner. "Her related experience in communications and marketing will contribute greatly in the training and development of an engaged, motivated workforce so we may continue delivering world class service to our customers and enterprise value for WorkflowOne." Jones was previously vice president of human resources for the Worldwide Customer Services organization of NCR Corporation, a multi-billion dollar business unit with 12,500 employees in 65 countries. Jones worked for NCR since 1996 in a variety of roles, including director of human resources for NCR's Americas Customer Services organization and director of human resources strategy for communications and branding. Prior to joining NCR, she was a journalist with the Ashland Times-Gazette and manager of public relations for INFOTEL, Inc. She earned a bachelors degree in communication from Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio, and a masters degree in organizational communication from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.
