As Director of this service, Mr. Reardon will lead InfoTrends’ continuous information service practice in this area on a global basis. The NDS Service focuses on software and solutions used in the workgroup environment. It provides research, consulting, and strategic counsel on the markets for software and solutions supporting workgroup document processes, including areas such as entry-level document management, document output management, and tracking, as well as automated document routing and workflow applications. Previously, Mr. Reardon served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. as well as Vice President and General Manager of Minolta Corporation’s Service and Support Division in the Business Products Group. He also held several positions with Canon, including Director of the Customer Care Division for Canon Computer Systems, National Training & Support Manager for the Information Systems Division at Canon U.S.A., and Product Training Manager for the Information Systems Division at Canon U.S.A. Mr. Reardon has an M.A. Degree from New York University and a B.S.
