Industry Expert Jon Reardon Joins InfoTrends

(Weymouth, MA) June 15, 2005 -- InfoTrends, the leading worldwide market research and strategic consulting firm for the digital imaging and document solutions industry, today announced the appointment of Jon Reardon as Director of its Network Document Solutions (NDS) Consulting Service. As Director of this service, Mr. Reardon will lead InfoTrends’ continuous information service practice in this area on a global basis. The NDS Service focuses on software and solutions used in the workgroup environment. It provides research, consulting, and strategic counsel on the markets for software and solutions supporting workgroup document processes, including areas such as entry-level document management, document output management, and tracking, as well as automated document routing and workflow applications. The U.S. market is forecasted to grow to $1.4 billion in software and solutions by 2009 with a significant hardware pull-through. “Jon brings a level of insight and business maturity that will be a major benefit to our clients,” commented Charlie Pesko, Managing Director at InfoTrends. “Jon has a breadth of experience in our markets that is unique, and I am delighted to have Jon join our staff and lead this dynamic service.” Mr. Reardon has many years of experience working in the printing, copying, and related business fields. Prior to joining InfoTrends, he was Managing Director of MetaNovo, Inc., a consulting services firm. Previously, Mr. Reardon served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. as well as Vice President and General Manager of Minolta Corporation’s Service and Support Division in the Business Products Group. He also held several positions with Canon, including Director of the Customer Care Division for Canon Computer Systems, National Training & Support Manager for the Information Systems Division at Canon U.S.A., and Product Training Manager for the Information Systems Division at Canon U.S.A. Mr. Reardon has an M.A. Degree from New York University and a B.S.
