KODAK Service & Support to Receive International Business Award

ROCHESTER, N.Y.--May 30, 2006-- KODAK Service & Support, Eastman Kodak Company's worldwide service organization, has been named Best Support Organization in the 2006 International Business Awards. Companies from all over the world competed in the third annual International Business Awards in more than 40 categories. This year's winners were chosen from more than 700 nominations from some 30 countries. "This award recognizes our commitment to our customers to provide almost any service, at any location, at virtually any hour," said Dolores Traxler, General Manager, Global Services, and Vice President, Kodak's Graphic Communications Group. "For us, 'service' can encompass anything from warranty repairs to performing installation and integration, to managing a help desk function. This achievement is a tribute to the depth of our team's technical skills and to our expanding global reach." KODAK Service & Support is made up of nearly 3,300 professionals reaching more than 120 countries. It is a leading multi-vendor integrated services provider, delivering consulting, installation, maintenance and support services for the commercial printing, graphic communications, document imaging and data storage industries. The International Business Awards are the only global, all-encompassing business awards honoring great performance in the workplace. The awards, nicknamed the "Stevies" (from the Greek word for crowned), will be presented June 26 during a gala dinner in New York for about 200 global executives. The Stevie Awards, hailed as "the business world's own Oscars" by the New York Post, began in 2002. Its global component, the International Business Awards, debuted in 2003. The June 26 event will be videocast live online by HB Group and broadcast on radio in the United States by the BusinessTalk Radio. For the second year, Tanya Beckett, New York-based business presenter for the BBC, will host the ceremony.
