PHILADELPHIA--May 15, 2006-- Oce, a global leader in digital document management and delivery solutions, today announced that Susan McCoy, National Director of Strategic Alliances for Oce Business Services, will be a panelist speaker at the 2006 AIIM Conference and Expo, May 15 -18 at the Philadelphia Convention Center. Ms. McCoy will illustrate the productivity, efficiency gains, and significant costs savings businesses can expect from an effective enterprise content management (ECM) strategy incorporating Six Sigma based performance management methodologies. The panel, entitled Six Sigma Methodology for ECM, will be held on Tuesday, May 16 at 11:30 a.m. in room 109B of the Philadelphia Convention Center. "Last year, we introduced Oce MAX(TM), a Six Sigma-based performance management tool that enables organizations to measure, benchmark and proactively drive improvement in outsourced document processes," said Joe Marciano, President & CEO of Oce Business Services. "Ms. McCoy will present key insights learned through implementing this tool and demonstrate how developing a best practices system can result in continuous process improvements and cost savings for an organization." A significant focus of Ms. McCoy's work at Oce Business Services has been the development and implementation of performance management metrics, measurement methodology, and benchmarking in outsourced document processes. Coordinating best practices for Oce clients for the past 12 years, she is now facilitating these services to Oce partners as a key component of the organization's strategic alliance program. She has been an active member of the team facilitating a company-wide launch of a robust web-based performance management system in conjunction with the company's Six Sigma program.
