ARX and DocuWare Partner to Offer CoSign Electronic Signature Solutions to the Enterprise Content Management Market

The ARX / DocuWare partnership provides customers with an integrated solution that enables DocuWare users to electronically sign documents within applications such as Microsoft Word, InfoPath, Excel and Adobe Acrobat. Using electronic signatures, organizations may replace handwritten signatures, sealing documents with verifiable signatures as well as saving the costs and time associated with paper-based processes. DocuWare, a modular based software suite offers solutions that can automate business processes by managing any type of document, regardless of format or source, in one central document pool, that can be accessed from anywhere in the world.
