Standard Register Executives to speak at ON DEMAND Conference and Expo 2006

DAYTON, Ohio, May 8 -- Three Standard Register executives have been asked to share their expertise as presenters during the 2006 ON DEMAND Conference and Expo, the world's leading digital printing conference, May 15-18, 2006, in Philadelphia, Pa. Speaking as part of panel presentations will be: Deb Cupp, Standard Register's vice president of sales for the northeast area; Sam Errigo, vice president of strategic accounts and managed services for Standard Register; and Brad Cates, vice president of marketing for Standard Register. ON DEMAND 2006 is designed to provide insight into the future of the printing industry by experts who have been in the business for many years. The presenters will address critical challenges faced by print on demand businesses and in-house printing operations, such as migrating to electric distribution, bringing together offset and digital print, and integrating business systems and processes. Cupp's session, "Learn How to 'Hold 'Em'...Strategies for Customer Loyalty and Retention," will include a review of the latest data on customer loyalty. It will provide strategies for cross-selling and customer service expansion. Additionally, the presenters will share best practices and case studies related to customer loyalty. The session will be held on Tuesday, May 16, at 4:30 p.m. ET. Errigo will discuss ways print providers can differentiate themselves from the competition, such as providing expertise with specific applications and services and focusing on vertical markets. The panel presentation, "Differentiating Yourself from the Competition: Moving Beyond Better, Faster, Cheaper," will be held on Wednesday, May 17, at 2 p.m. ET. Cates will offer his insights during a panel presentation on Wednesday, May 17, at 4:30 p.m. ET, entitled, "The Enterprise Print Management Opportunity." This session will enlighten providers on the tools, services and access that print management companies provide to their enterprise print customers.
