Rita's Water Ice Franchise Company Turns to WorkflowOne to Support Rapid Expansion Plans

Dayton, Ohio. May 8, 2006 --- WorkflowOne, one of North America's leading providers of document and business communication services, announced today that it has been selected by Rita's Water Ice Franchise Company, LLC., the nation's largest Italian Ice chain, to aid in their rapid expansion through strategic management of brand-related promotional materials. Rita's opened in the summer of 1984 with one retail operation in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. WorkflowOne will deploy a Web-based order management system with Rita's, allowing any of the 350 plus franchises the ability to order all franchise support materials, from apparel to advertising incentives as well as business stationary, through a convenient online portal. The relationship will allow Rita's to decentralize order entry, while maintaining centralized purchasing and brand control. Their franchisees will also have the ability to place, process and manage both static and variable-data printed material securely from any Internet-connection.
