Responsive Solutions Debuts Customer+ At On Demand

Wednesday, May 03, 2006

Press release from the issuing company

ST. PETERSBURG, FL, May 2, 2006 -- Responsive Solutions, Inc., (RSI) a full-service technology company with headquarters in St. Petersburg, FL, comes to ON DEMAND 2006 with its launch of CUSTOMER+, a suite of fully integrated applications enabling the complete management of marketing collateral. Designed to increase print service providers' revenues by enabling them to offer new, high-value benefits to their clients, CUSTOMER+ offers a breadth of capabilities intended to provide the greatest possible flexibility to printers' sales staffs. According to Brian Dodd, director of business development, RSI, "Responsive Solutions has always aimed to be several years ahead of competing applications. Print service providers who currently use our technology have called it 'the killer app' for its ability to facilitate client workflows. Unlike competitors, we use the latest technology to allow all our applications to be viewed as a single client interface. Now, after careful study of the marketplace, we have developed CUSTOMER+ to enable providers to take the necessary next step in a rapidly evolving industry: achieving a partnering relationship with their clients that will ensure their mutual success in the future." Dodd continues, "CUSTOMER+ permits the ultimate business relationship, one in which the print service provider's clients perceive their vendor as an extension of their business-and a critical means to greater profitability. For the provider, it's a low cost set of scalable solutions that can be hugely effective in attracting new clients and retaining existing ones. It erects significant barriers to competition and provides better ROI than investments in additional machinery or human resources." For the past two years, Responsive Solutions has exhibited its technology at a series of high profile venues, including the GRAPH EXPO and CONVERTING EXPO shows, PRINT 05 and ON DEMAND 2005. In its booth (3339) at ON DEMAND 2006, the company will be demonstrating the range of its CUSTOMER+ suite with applications addressing the gamut of corporate and marketing communications from brand origination to point of sale, and covering every facet of the marketing production lifecycle. Visiting print service providers who participate in a demonstration will be eligible to try Responsive Solutions' new Variable Data Printing module to manage a campaign targeting their prospects. Details on the offer will be available at the booth. Edward Ford, chief technical officer for Responsive Solutions, says, "CUSTOMER+ offers an unusual array of client-driven administrative tools that give the print service provider the flexibility of either performing the administration for the client or enabling the client to do it for themselves. Our revamped Variable Data Printing module includes a unique, client-enabled administrative tool that allows the client to participate in every facet of the variable data workflow. It's the future of client-driven, marketing supply-chain logistics, here today. As another unique feature, the printer's clients can use a single data model (any database ACT, Oracle or commercial mailing list) to create not just one but an infinite number of pieces, allowing them to easily develop an entire marketing campaign." Also on view at the booth will be the CUSTOMER+ Digital Asset Management module, which manages the client's entire marketing supply chain and captures it at inception, where the brand is created; and a Fulfillment module, with robust back-end capabilities that can turn the traditional printer into a fulfillment pro overnight. In addition, the template customization capabilities offer total content management of all assets. The content is easy to generate by the service provider and easy to use by the printer's client. Customization capabilities range from simple text editing to highly complex image manipulation with drop shadows. In addition, robust features such as management of multiple pages and catalog assembly allow the tool to manage any type of document a customer can request. CUSTOMER+ is available in multi-lingual formats and can be integrated into existing systems with greater ease than competing technologies thanks to its modular architecture. Dodd says, "In today's competitive business environment, commitment to consistent quality is one of the critical differentiators that our clients are telling us is important when it comes to choosing a software provider. CUSTOMER+ is an outgrowth of RSI's commitment to consistent quality and our responsiveness to our clients' needs. We challenge any other service provider or technologist to prove they have a wider array of pertinent, best-of-breed service offerings for the benefit of print service providers and their clients." Responsive Solutions, Inc.
