Switzerland's Unicible Uses Exstream's Dialogue Software

Press release from the issuing company

May 2, 2006 -- Exstream Software, Inc. announced today that Unicible, a leading outsourcing company in Switzerland producing over 60 million personalized communications annually for customers, is using its Dialogue enterprise personalization software to increase speed to market and improve flexibility and reliability in its workflow process for over 250 different types of documents. Using Dialogue, Unicible reports it is improving service to existing customers and is more competitive in acquiring new customers in new markets. Unicible initially selected Dialogue for its processing speed and robust document creation capabilities; user-friendly design environment; ease of integration with its Automated Document Factory (ADF); and capabilities to provide transparency, security and cost reductions for customers. With Dialogue, Unicible is streamlining its pre-production document process in order to meet the increasing demands of its customers, while having the capacity to acquire new business in new markets. "The advantage of Dialogue is its power to quickly create personalized and reliable documents in very high volumes that meet the quality standards expected by our customers," says Amador Morilla, manager of payment, controlling, logistics and output at Unicible. "To launch our strategy of opening new markets, Dialogue met our need of providing a solution that was flexible, easy to use and familiar to the experienced team at Astron, our Dialogue systems integrator partner in Switzerland." "With Dialogue, Unicible now has a document production architecture that allows it to be a formidable force in the marketplace-better satisfying the needs of existing customers, while executing its customer acquisition strategy in new markets," adds Jesus Martinez, general manager of Astron Lasercom in Switzerland. "Teamwork among Unicible, Astron and Exstream in the implementation and support of Dialogue has been key to Unicible's success in streamlining its document production workflow." In the future, Unicible plans to further leverage Dialogue by helping its customers eliminate paper documents, produce documents in color, and reap the benefits of multi-channel delivery. The company also reports it will respond to new customer requests more quickly by taking advantage of Dialogue's component library for reusing content across multiple document applications. "Unicible is a company oriented toward the future," says Jean-Jacques Joly, managing director of Exstream France & Southern Europe. "We are very pleased that the integration of Dialogue into its existing infrastructure as an ergonomic platform for document design and delivery is giving Unicible the capacity to rise at the highest level in the bank industry, with the information system management of the five Swiss cantonal banks, and to take a lead in the market with new complete services of personalized communications."
