RR Donnelley Awarded $26 Million Print Management Agreement With Britannia Building Society

CHICAGO, May 2 -- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company announced today that UK-based Astron, an RR Donnelley company and leading Document Business Process Outsourcing (DBPO) provider, has been awarded a $26 million print and marketing contract by Britannia Building Society. The multi-year agreement includes the management, procurement, production, storage, distribution and fulfillment of marketing and operational printing and direct mail for the Society. Astron is a wholly-owned subsidiary of RR Donnelley. Britannia Building Society has more than 3 million members, total lending of more than $12.3 billion, more than $57 billion of group assets and is the second largest mutual building society in the U.K. The Society was seeking to assure that its network of more than 250 branches will benefit from state-of-the-art technologies and service enhancements.
