ECRM To Acquire Esko Production Polyester CTP Product Line

TEWKSBURY, MASSACHUSETTS -- May 1, 2006 -- ECRM Inc. today announced the closing of its agreement to acquire the polyester CTP product line of Esko Production A/S. Under the terms of the agreement, ECRM has acquired the assets, including intangible assets and intellectual property of its polyester plate equipment business. This includes the manufacture and sale of DPX 4, DPX System, DPX Lite, WorkMates, and all associated software products, consumables, spare parts, and related products.
