Pitney Bowes Management Services Named 'Supplier of the Year' by Eastman Kodak Company

STAMFORD, Conn., June 1 -- Pitney Bowes Management Services (PBMS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes Inc. was named "Supplier of the Year" by Eastman Kodak Company for providing "excellent customer service and being completely committed to driving productivity on Kodak's behalf," according to Doug Kennedy, Kodak's Facilities Management (FM) Services manager. This is the fourth supplier recognition PBMS has received from Kodak. In 2002, it received Kodak's Quality Supplier certification, and was recertified in 2004 and 2005. PBMS was selected from more than 500 companies that supply a broad range of services to Kodak. Its selection as "Supplier of the Year" was the result of identifying and achieving cost efficiencies and process improvements that resulted in significant savings to Kodak through cost reductions and cost avoidance. "At Kodak, we are very proud of our suppliers. They are an integral part of our business and the success we've achieved in the market place. Pitney Bowes is a fine example of our supplier base and we are pleased to recognize their achievements as a Kodak supplier," commented Ricardo A.
