Motivating Graphics will install two Goss Sunday presses in Texas

Press release from the issuing company

April 19th, 2006 – Motivating Graphics will add a new 24-page Goss Sunday 2000 web press at its facility in Fort Worth, Texas, beginning in July of 2006. Goss International will equip the five-unit press with a Contiweb CS splicer, an Ecocool dryer with integrated chill rolls, and a PCF 1.2 pinless combination folder. The order will also include a refurbished Sunday 2000 press system. “The added productivity of the wider 24-page format in combination with the ability to get high quality at up to 70,000 impressions per hour, were our primary reasons for choosing the gapless press technology,” according to Chris Clark, vice president for Motivating Graphics. “Sunday 2000 press features that allow fast make-readies were also critical to us.” Motivating Graphics specializes in printing technical manuals, brochures, direct mail work and other products for customers in the telecommunications industry. “The six-pages-across format will allow us to print many of our technical manuals in a more productive two-up format,” Clark explains. The two Goss Sunday presses will be installed in a new 85,000-square-foot addition to an existing 75,000-square-foot facility. Motivating Graphics is a third-generation family business with a facility in Deerfield Beach, Florida as well as Fort Worth. The full-service company provides digital, sheet-fed and web offset printing and finishing as well as unique CD manufacturing, duplication and packaging services.
