"Pitney Bowes is committed to providing professional development to our employees, and we are delighted to be working with the American Management Association in support of this goal," said Larry Israelite, Director of Strategic Learning Services. "With the help of AMA, our employees will be better equipped to maximize their contributions to the organization and to assure the achievement of our short- and long-term strategic objectives." Pitney Bowes will offer a wide variety of AMA classroom seminars throughout the U.S. and Canada, as well as pre- and post-blended learning support. The curriculum covers two dozen business topics, including leadership, general management and project management, and a variety of professional skills training, including communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, Pitney Bowes employees will have increased access to the 3,500 public seminars offered by the AMA. "We welcome the opportunity to assist Pitney Bowes with its professional development initiatives to enhance the leadership and professional skills of their employees," said Edward T.
