Press release from the issuing company

Rolling Meadows, IL, April 6, 2006 -- Komori America Corporation, a premier manufacturer of sheetfed and web offset printing presses, today announced that Clark Scherer has joined the company as special programs sales associate. In this position, Scherer will be responsible for developing programs initiated by sales and marketing that assist Komori customers in identifying advanced workflow opportunities and productivity potential for delivering a better return on investment in their operations. After a thorough orientation of all facets of Komori's business, Scherer will support the sales function with in-depth business analysis and presentation models that Komori salespeople can use to better support customers when making the decision to purchase new equipment. Scherer comes to Komori America from Webpro, Inc., a company that specializes in new and used web presses and services. He held the position of sales manager responsible for the sales of used web presses and auxiliary equipment. “We are very excited to have Clark join us for many reasons,” said John Marotta, vice president of sales for Komori America. “He brings a fresh perspective to the industry that is much needed. We look forward to his contribution in helping our salespeople demonstrate the economics of purchasing a new press and the many ways Komori presses are proven to provide a faster turnaround while reducing costs.” Scherer is a 2003 graduate of St. Norbert's College in De Pere, WI and resides in Lake in the Hills, IL.
