Press release from the issuing company

ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill. - Mike Fox, formerly senior vice president of sales and services for Screen (USA), has been promoted to company president, effective April 1. In his new role, Fox has primary responsibility for the planning and execution of all activities that promote Screen's comprehensive portfolio of digital prepress and printing solutions throughout the United States, Latin America and Canada. Fox has managed the Screen (USA) sales team since 2000, supervising the outside sales force and establishing business relationships with new clientele in various markets. He implemented the company's development strategy in the areas of computer-to-plate (CTP) and workflow systems. Fox was named senior vice president of sales and services in 2005. At that time, he also was appointed to the board of directors. Fox came to Screen (USA) from PrimeSource Corp. During his 12-year tenure with PrimeSource, he was in charge of general sales of digital prepress imaging hardware, prepress software and digital color printing systems in PrimeSource's Western region. Fox succeeds Eiji (A.J.) Kakiuchi, who continues in his current position as board director of Screen (USA) and president of the Media Technology Company of Dainippon Screen Mfg. Co., Ltd. Dainippon Screen, based in Kyoto, Japan, is the parent company of Screen (USA). The Media Technology Company oversees Screen's worldwide graphic arts business. "It is a personal pleasure for me to announce the appointment of Mike Fox as president," Kakiuchi said. "He has demonstrated the highest level of professionalism not only in his dealings with other Screen organizations but also with our business partners, distributors and OEM partners. His promotion is both an acknowledgement of his value to Screen and a sign of the company's commitment to continued excellence in the industry. I am confident he will help make Screen (USA) a more successful and profitable company."
