As a Senior Consultant, Mr. Kramer worked with hundreds of job seekers both individually and in groups teaching them job search skills and coaching them through their job search. Mr. Kramer holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from American University and a Certificate in Authentic Happiness Coaching from training with Dr. Martin Seligman from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Kramer is the author of the book “What to Think What to Do- 100+ Tips for Successful Interviewing”.
