Press release from the issuing company

PARSIPPANY, NJ - March 20, 2006 - Greg Lawson, an executive with over 25 years experience in the ink industry, was named President of US Ink, the largest news ink manufacturer in the United States and a division of Sun Chemical, it was announced today. Lawson succeeds Ron Baker, who died February 28 at the age of 70. “Through Ron Baker’s leadership, US Ink has a driven and successful team in place, and it is my goal to maintain that high level of performance.” said David Hill, Sun Chemical president and CEO. “Greg began his career in the news ink business; he understands the industry, its products and its customers. I am confident that he will have a smooth transition into his new role.” Lawson joined Sun Chemical in 2002 as Executive Vice President of US Ink. Shortly thereafter, he was named President, Sun Chemical Latin America (SCLA), where he led all sales, marketing, manufacturing and other operational activities in Latin America, Mexico and the Caribbean; joint ventures in Central and South America; as well as export activities for other Sun Chemical divisions, including North American Inks, Hartmann, and US Ink. Prior to Sun Chemical, Lawson worked for Flint Ink Corporation of Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he was President of Flint’s entire North American business. He also served with Openshaw International, a British graphic arts supply company for whom he built a profitable pressroom supply business in North America. “US Ink has been a focused, independent, top performer for Sun Chemical and is the leader in the news ink industry,” Lawson said. “My main priority will be to continue the same level of customer service and performance that US Ink has provided over the years.”
