Press release from the issuing company

ROCHESTER, N.Y., Mar. 20 -- Kodak’s Graphic Communications Group (GCG) will showcase its proofing expertise and discuss the roles color control and color proofing play in creating an all digital workflow at the PrintMedia/Publishing Executive Management Conference and Expo 2006, Mar. 20-22, in New York City. Book and electronic publishing professionals interested in digital solutions for monitor proofing, short run color and data storage can visit Kodak’s exhibit at Booth #108. Michele Laird-Williams, Director of Print Media for Kodak’s GCG in the United States and Canada, will moderate a panel discussion about the progression of the industry adoption of digital workflows—from content creation to proofing and output. In addition, the panelists will provide tips on improving your proof to press sheet color match. The presentation takes place from 2:45 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. Tuesday, Mar. 21. “The PrintMedia/Publishing Executive Management Conference and Expo 2006 is important to Kodak because it brings graphic communications professionals together to share best practices, experience new technologies, and discover applications that can help them grow their businesses,” said Laird-Williams. “We look forward to spending time with customers and prospects who want to learn more about the benefits of an all digital workflow.” Kodak’s exhibit will feature workflow and proofing solutions for publishing and digital and offset print solutions. Kodak will also present a live demonstration of integrated workflow and proofing solutions from concept creation to press. In addition, Kodak serves as a sponsor of the PrintMedia/Publishing Executive Management Conference and Expo 2006.
