Ricoh Executive Appointed Corporate Officer

WEST CALDWELL, N.J., March 15 -- Ricoh Company Ltd., of Tokyo, Japan has announced that Thomas Salierno Jr., President of the Ricoh U.S. Division of Ricoh Corporation has been appointed a Group Corporate Vice President of Ricoh Company Ltd., and a member of the Group Corporate Officer Committee. These new appointments are in addition to his current position at Ricoh Corporation. Ricoh Company Ltd., the parent company of Ricoh Corporation, created the Group Corporate Officer Committee in 2001 in order to strengthen the company's competitiveness, as well as its speed in decision-making and global strategy deployment. The officers serving on this committee all have responsibility for major company subsidiaries and business units, both in Japan and around the world. "As a new member to this committee, I look forward to working on projects that will enhance our global operations," Salierno said. "This committee will aid in Ricoh's mission to be a truly coordinated global organization."
