Mitsubishi Veteran Marke Baker Promoted to Vice President of Customer Service

LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. -- Marke Baker, formerly Director of Customer Service at Mitsubishi Lithographic Presses, has been promoted to Vice President of Customer Service. Baker has primary responsibility for ensuring that total customer satisfaction is the focal point of all service activities. Parts, engineering, field technical service and management of the Mitsubishi Demonstration Center and in-house training programs at the company's headquarters in Lincolnshire, Ill., all come under the umbrella of customer service. Baker brings years of customer communications experience, press installation expertise and technical know-how to his expanded role. He joined Mitsubishi in 1988 as a field service technician and has steadily assumed increasing responsibilities at the company. Before being named Director of Customer Service, Baker served as National Service Manager for web presses. Prior to that, he held the position of Manager of web press installations.
