T & D Machine Handling Forms New Company to Focus on Remarketed Printing Equipment Sales

Alpharetta, GA. – March 1, 2006 - Georgia-based T & D Machine Handling, a service organization providing rigging and machine handling of heavy industrial equipment, announced the formation of TD Global Group. The formation of TD Global Group presents more choices for printing owners and managers when purchasing capital equipment. The new company will offer refurbished offset presses for the growing remarketed printing press market. This service provides presses with identifiable value, that being; presses are demonstrated and tested for the buyer before dismantling and installation. In addition to providing sales of used and refurbished graphic arts equipment, the company offers a broad line of services including technical services for both equipment repair and press audit overviews for minimizing downtime and controlling maintenance costs. In addition, equipment and/or plant relocation; an asset management unit which provides services for financial institutions in the remarketing of graphic arts and industrial equipment that have come off lease or repossessed; customer experience center for the testing and demonstration of printing presses and other industrial machinery; and equipment or whole plant appraisals. TD Global also offers over 200,000 square feet of heated and secure storage facilities. To provide customers with additional access to these broad lines of products and services, a regional office, staffed with sales personnel and service technicians, has been established at 39103 Warren Road, Westland, Michigan.
