IBSA Signs With Oklahoma’s Largest Not-For-Profit Health Group

Press release from the issuing company

INDIANAPOLIS (Feb. 23, 2006) - Oklahoma City-based INTEGRIS Health has agreed to purchase forms, printing, promotional products, and other business solutions from International Business Solutions Alliance (IBSA) through its purchasing agreement with Novation, the contracting services company of VHA Inc. and the University HealthSystem Consortium. INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit healthcare organization, operates a system of 11 hospitals, led in the Oklahoma City area by INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center and INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center. Oklahoma City IBSA Affiliate Print Imaging Group will supply nine INTEGRIS Health regional hospitals in Miami, Enid (two facilities), Blackwell, Clinton, Grove, Madill, Pryor, and Yukon, Oklahoma. An additional 19 physician’s offices are also included in this agreement. Jim Everett, owner of Print Imaging Group, states that the personal service his company gives to each individual INTEGRIS location was the deciding factor in winning this business. Since the start of IBSA’s contract with Novation on January 1, 2005, IBSA Affiliates have focused on selling to regional and rural hospitals, non-acute clinics, and physician’s offices. IBSA is committed to accommodating the unique, dynamic needs of these facilities and that commitment was rewarded with a 300% increase in healthcare sales under the Novation contract in 2005. In 2006, sales through the Novation contract have already exceeded projections.
