Kodak Board Appoints New Vice Presidents

ROCHESTER, N.Y.--Feb. 23, 2006-- Eastman Kodak Company announced today that its Board of Directors has elected three individuals as Vice Presidents of the company, effective immediately: * David Kiser, Director and Vice President, Health, Safety and Environment; * Anne LeGrand, General Manager, Output Systems & Mammography Solutions in Kodak's Health Group; and * Isidre Rosello, General Manager and Vice President of Kodak Graphic Communications Group's Transaction & Industrial Solutions. David Kiser, 53, joined the company in 1981, and today leads Kodak's global emphasis on sustainability and health, safety, and environmental stewardship. Kiser has held many management positions in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), including responsibilities as Unit Director of Occupational Health Services, Manager of Environmental Affairs for Kodak's Federal Government Relations Office in Washington, D.C., and Director of HSE for Worldwide Business Units and Regions. He became Director of HSE in 2004. Kiser earned a B.S. in education from Western Michigan University and an M.S. and Ph.D. in physiology from the Pennsylvania State University. He has completed executive development programs at Columbia University and Penn State. Kiser serves on the International Leadership Council of The Nature Conservancy and the Boards of the Central and Western New York Nature Conservancy and Council of Great Lakes Industries. Anne LeGrand joined Kodak in 1999 and assumed her current position in January 2006. She previously worked as Regional Business General Manager, Greater Asia Region for Health Imaging, with responsibility for the business across 22 countries. She was also Regional Business General Manager, EAMER for Health Imaging. There, her responsibilities included all major segments of Kodak's healthcare business, in which she managed the transition from traditional to digital technologies. In October 2005, she became General Manager, Digital Output Systems, Health Group. Her responsibilities included Medical and Equipment for Digital output for World Wide Manufacturing; World Wide Research and Development for Digital Output; and marketing and sales. LeGrand, 55, has more than 25 years of experience in the medical imaging industry, including two years at Imation as Director of International Business for the Health Imaging, Service and Graphic Arts businesses for Asia, Japan and Latin America. Her 17 years with 3M included assignments in R&D, Quality Engineering, Sales, Sales Management, OEM Management and PACS technologies in 3M's Health Imaging business. She earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Queens University. Isidre Rosello, 46, became General Manager and Vice President of Kodak Graphic Communications Group's Transaction & Industrial Solutions unit in 2005. He directs Kodak's line of high-speed, high-volume continuous inkjet technology (also known as Kodak Versamark products) for applications including transaction printing, mailing, book printing, newspapers and industrial printing; its wide-format inkjet portfolio including Encad products; and Kodak's document scanning technology. He also leads the unit's Business Process Services. A native of Spain, Rosello spent much of his career at Hewlett-Packard Co. (HP), in management and research and development assignments. Prior to joining Kodak, Rosello was Vice President and General Manager of HP's Indigo Digital Press Division. Prior to that, he led the R&D group that developed that company's large-format inkjet products. Rosello holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from University Politecnica of Catalonia and a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University. He is based in Dayton, Ohio.
